Printing Full Border on Page

I'm running Word 2003 on XP Pro.

When I put a border on a page to make an 8.5x11 flyer, the border doesn't
print on the bottom. My bottom margin is 1", so the inkjet printer should
be able to print down that far.

I wrote the page to a pdf and still the bottom of the border didn't print.

Is there a way to print it full page, or raise the border?

Suzanne,

Thanks for the troubleshooting page. Worked well. I also discovered in the
pint dialogue box an option in the lower right corner to "scale to paper
size" which also worked.

BTW, the poster came out just fine.
