Printing header in Outlook

Have a user that is using Outlook 6.0 - and cannot print
header info (everything at the top - name, from, sent,
to, subject).

Print Preview looks fine.

If he forwards the email to me, it prints fine. I have
checked memo settings, etc.

Any ideas?
