Printing Header information in Outlook 2007

I need to print and send emails without the header information. Is there
anyway to do this in Outlook 2007?

that's for outlook 2003, but there's no big difference for outlook 2007, you
just need to enable the 'Developer" tab and find 'Design This Form' in
Ribbon, everything else are the same. In short, deselect the checkbox in
field properties > Validation tab to not include that field for printing.
