Printing Hidden Columns?

Talitha

How do you print your hidden columns without having to
constantly unhide them?

Thanks!

Talitha, one way would be to use a macro to unhide the columns, print the
sheet and then hide the columns again, you could assign it to a button on
the sheet and this way you would only have to press it when you wanted to
print

You can create Custom Views -- one with the columns hidden, and one with
the columns visible. Before you print, select the Custom View that has
the columns visible. After printing, select the Custom View with columns
hidden.

You can also use the Report Manager Add-In to control the printing. If
it's not installed, you can download it from here:

To create a Custom View, set up the worksheet with hidden or visible columns
Choose View>Custom Views
Click Add, and type a name for the view
Select the settings you want to include
Click OK
