We have just upgraded to Office 2003 from Office 2000. Now, when we right
click a message to simply print, we get a box that says the html message must
be opened in order to print it. We figured out that if you have your reading
pane on, you will be able to print because the message is considered open.
However, many users (including me) don't like the reading pane and would like
to keep it turned off. Is there any other way to print an html message
without having to open it? Thanks
