Printing HTML Emails

Hi,

I have an emails sent to a user of mine from an external Client. The email
is in HTML format and when you print it the text is in small font.

The issue happens with anyone who prints it. We have outlook 2003.

Can someone please help.

An earlier suggestion to a similar problem was:
ALT W - or select forward
[TAB][TAB][TAB] - or click in the message body
CNTL A - or select edit--> select All
ALT 0 F - or select format-->select font
click on font size 12 or whatever you like to read
select okay
ALT F P [enter] - or select file -> select print
