We've been chasing a problem in Word where instead of printing a
document, we'll get a sheet with 2 characters, IB, printed in the upper
left corner.
This has ocurred for several users and different types of documents. It
happens most commonly when we print a single page letter in a group of
several hundred from something similar to a mail merge. At some point
Word encounters a problem and has to close. When it is restarted,
that's when we start getting the IB instead of the letter.
The only way we've found to recover is to reboot the computer.
All printing is being done to a windows networked laser printer.
