printing in access

I have few records in my access file, which I want to get
printed more than once i.e. I want to make labels.

for eg. I have record with the Name "Nair" I want this
record to get printed 10 times. Similarly the next
record with the name "Kumar", I want this to get printed
12 times.

Can you please help me as to how to make a report for the
above requirement.
