Printing in Colour on HP840C

I've tried the test print & my colour cartridge is working but I can't print
in colour. This is a new problem. Perhaps I am not selecting the right choice
in the print menu? Any suggestions?

HP supplies two drivers for color printers now and one is black and white
only. Make sure you installed correct driver. Also this is an MS Access
Database group so you should probally post to a HP group to get a better
answer. the HP web site, www.hp.com also has super support areas to answer
these questions.
