Why does MS Word close after printing a document?
S Suzanne S. Barnhill Jul 16, 2006 #2 It doesn't for me. Did you have Word open before printing the document, or did you right-click on a document in Windows Explorer and choose Print? If you do this, Word will start, open the document, print it, and then close, I think.
