PRINTING in Office X 10.1.4 w/ COLLATING option

Does anyone have any insights.

When I try printing multiple copies of a multi-page document in Office X
10.1.4, the collating feature does not work.

Hi Stan,

I don't have a clue but I'd suggest contacting the printer manufacturer.
You do have the most up-to-date printer driver installed, right?
