Printing invitations

Hi, If anyone could tell me how I can get the invitation
option to work. All I get is 4 pages when I want all the
data on one page so you can fold it just like an
invitation.

Could you explain what you mean by the "invitation option"? What version of
Word? Where are you finding this option? This sounds like something you
might find in Publisher.
