Printing issue with word 2003

I am sending a document to my printer and wanting 3 copies. So i want each
copy stapled and what is happening it prints all 3 copies together then
staples all three together instead of each individually. Can some one tell
me why please. I tried the same thing with Adobe and it did it just fine so
i know its not my printer but word.

I'm just guessing here, but, in the Print dialog box, is "Collate" checked
or cleared when you print?
