We have a very strange problem with printing documents in office 2003. The
documents are often old, and have been modified, updated etc from the days
when we had Word Perfect, Office 97. When the document is opened within in
Word 2003 the formatting etc is fine, but the moment the users select 'Print'
the formatting changes, and the printout is incorrect, ie some letters
printed on top of one another, incorrect font etc. I have contacted Ricoh to
check driver compatibility and there appears to be no issues from them. Could
this be an issue to do with the documents being created in such an early
version of Office \ Word Perfect, as its only happened since the upgrade to
2003. Office 2000 and 97 never gave us these issues.
