Printing Issues

I am having printing issues with excel.

I have a spreadsheet with a lot of columns (A:AB)

I want to have to pages print (ie Page 1 and Page 2, defined as A:M and N:AB)

I go to print preview and only Page 1 (A:M) is set up correctly.

Page 2 (N:AB) is in dark grey, ie not configured correctly.

I do not see that Blue Dashed line that normally appears that allows you to
create an additional page.

Any ideas?

Hi,

It sounds like you are in Print Preview when you should be in Page Break
Preview. Choose View, Page Break Preview.

Check out your print area using File | Page Setup | Sheet tab. It
sounds as if it is only set for columns A:M.

Hope this helps.

I now included the print area to include A:AB but I cannot make it more than
one page. there isn't the dashed blue line to vary what cells are included
in page 1 and page 2

On the Page Setup | Page tab you might have Fit To checked and set it
to 1 page wide by 1 page high. If so, click on Adjust To and set it to
100%, then click on Print Preview to see if this shows the dotted blue
lines in Page Break Preview.

Hope this helps.
