Printing Labels with Mail Merge

the field delimiter is what tells Word how to split up the
text in string of text. Example:
Mrs. Sara Coyle
the spaces between each word could be used as the
delimiter. This line would have three fields. One might
name them "Courtesy Title", "FirstName" "LastName"

The record delimiter is what tells Word to move on to the
next label. In this case, because each adress has a blank
line, the return character (paragraph mark) would be the
record delimiter.

Addresses can be tricky as some addresses have two address
lines. Try to make sure you have enough fields to handle
this. Typical field names include:
Courtesy Title
FirstName
LastName
CompanyName
Address1
Address2
City
State
Zip

Good luck.

the delimiter problem may be your headings are being read
as part of the merge data. I think you have to set up
columns with headings or delete the headings. I kinda
remember this problem from a long time ago.
