printing labels

I am trying to print labels from a mail merge using Avery 5160 and some of
the addresses are cutting off on the left edge and top. I've been able to
successfully print labels for the past three years, but now I'm having this
issue. I have tried printing to Lexmark T630, T610, and T642. I recently
upgraded my PC and eliminated a Lexmark S1255. Could this have anything to
do with it? I've tried using "scale to paper size" and that didn't help. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

Scaling in label printing is a definite 'no no'! Ensure the printer and the
page setup are both singing from the same hymn sheet and have their page
sizes the same.

Reformating to the new printer driver will upset layouts -
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm - so it would be worth
rebuilding the merge document from scratch. -

Ensure that you have the correct and most recent printer drtive for your new
printer. Word is a slave to the printer driver and takes all its formatting
cues from it.

I installed the latest print driver for the Lexmark T630 and still had the
problem. I tried printing from the manual feed instead of a tray and
everything is lining up much better. It is just so strange how everything
worked perfectly from the old Lexmark S1255.
