Printing labels

A sheet of 30 labels in Access will not print the bottom
3 labels. Can anyone help me with a solution?

Connie, this probably has to do with the bottom margin, and the area at the
bottom of the page that your printer cannot print on (because it is feeding
up the page).

If you do not need to print at the lower part of your labels, you may be
able to decrease the Height of the Detail section, and increase the setting
for vertical spacing between labels by the same amount (File | Page Setup).
Since the vertical spacing is not needed at the bottom of the page, this can
get you out of trouble.
