Printing landscape and portait in the same document??

I am using Publisher 2000 on a XP PC.

I have several files that I need to print. Each file contains 3 pages.
2 of these pages are landscape and the 3rd page is portrait. I have
edited the files and am ready to print. However, when I print the
entire document, ALL pages come out landscape or all pages come out
portrait.

Every page prints out correctly if I only select to print that one page
and select the appropriate landscape or portrait format.

What I want to do is to say "print the document" and have all the pages
come out in their correct orientation. What am I missing?

Rotate the pages you want landscaped 90 degrees, or if they are already
landscaped, rotate the portrait page 90 degrees.
