Printing List of Emails in Folder/Exporting Certain Emails

I have a folder with >500 email messages. I would like
to print out a list of these emails with details
(From/To/Subject/Received/Attachment) but not the message
body. Can this be done?

Also is it possible to efficiently export or copy the
entirety of the messages in a single folder, message body
and attachments included?

Did you try File | Print, choosing the Table format?
