Printing mailers - need address to be "uside down"

USPS requires raw edge to be "up" for folded mass mailings. If I have a one-sheet two sided document, how can I print the address on side two to appear "upside down" relative to the other text?

Some mailers approach this by putting the mailing panel at the top of the
back page instead of the bottom; then it doesn't have to be reversed.
