It tells me who I sent the messge to and is easier for me to find in a pile of printed emails.

But Outlook tells you who you sent the message to. Why print them in the
first place?

I keep what I send to my clients other material that I recieved from vendors. Such as pricing information. Veiwing the messages in this help area, I am not alone in wanting to print this information.

I'm sorry, I just cannot understand this need to print out emails! Outlook
is a sophisticated PIM with very good search functions. Why change that for
archaic prehistoric paper filing systems? You can carry all your data on a
CD!

Close and save the message. Turn off WordMail as your editor (Tools |
Options | Mail Format). Print the message. Turn WordMail back on if you
like.

Or, just wait and print after you send the message, so that the printout
also has a record of the date/time you sent the message.

Either way I just figured it out. All I had to do was to turn off Word as my email editor

Thanks anyways!
