Printing MS Access 2003 Reports in color

I originally developed some reports in Access 2000 using
an HP LaserJet 4M printer (black and white). Recently I
upgraded to Access 2003 (but am still using Access 2000
file format) and a Xerox 7300 DN color laser printer.
Some of the reports did have some text, graphs or lines
in color but always printed in gray scale on the HP
printer. With the color laser most of the reports are
still printing in black and white! One report that does
print in color has one feature enabled in File..., Page
Setup..., Use Specific Printer, Properties, Layout,
Advanced..., the image color management items are
enabled. The reports that do not print in color all have
these items disabled. Is there any way to get these
reports to print in color short of recreating all these
reports with the new printer as the default printer?

To solve this, go to file -> Page Set Up -> Page for each report, select to
use a specific printer, and select your Xerox, click the Properties button
on the print dialog and on the Page tab, click the color option. Save the
report. Then repeat and reset the report to output to the default printer
and save the report again.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfotunately, it does not seem
to solve the problem. My dialogue boxes appear to be
slightly different. I did not have a page tab but did
have a "TekColor" tab where I chose the "Office Color"
option. But it still does not print in color. When I go
to Properties, Layout, Advanced..., the image color
management items are still disabled.

I discovered if I choose my pdf printer driver first and
then change to the Xerox printer driver it does work!
