Printing multiple copies

When printing two or more copies from Word or Excel, the first copy prints in
the correct format. The remaining copies lose formatiing. I have to print
the required number of copies individually.

Is this a known problem. Or is there a solution that I'm not aware of.

This is a Printer Issue. Check with your Printer manufacturer
