There are several users running the same fully updated version of
outlook 2003, that all have owner permissions on a shared private
mailbox. All the users are using, again fully updated, windows xp pro.
They are all able to select and print multiple emails from their own
mailbox, however when they try to do the same in the shared one,
outlook displays an error message saying "operation failed". They can
right click and print one email from the shared mailbox, the error only
happens when they try and print more than one. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
