printing multiple envelopes

when trying to print multiple envelopes,the envelope options box does not
allow for selection of more than one printing.It is not possible to go to
"file>print and number of prints" from the envelopes box in the tools
section,or is it ?This is using "office word 2003 with windows XP. Any help
appreciated

Set it in the "printer preferences" beforehand.

You need to add the envelope to a document:

After filling in the "Delivery address" and choosing formatting options, I
select "Add to document" in the envelope window. Then select File | Print
from Word's drop-down Menu. Then select a print range of "Current page",
select number of copies and Print as many as I want. I saved this file as
Number 10 Envelope. It is ready to go the next time I need to print multiple
envelopes. I also formatted and saved a Number 9 Envelope. Very handy.
