Printing multiple pages on one individual from an Access Report

I'm going to start over in asking this question as the responses I've gotten
have not helped me. Please---simple language--no developer code. I have a
table with about twenty fields (a lot of them are memo fields that can be
quite lengthy). I designed a form to input the data on three separate pages
(tab 1, tab 2, tab 3). Each page is set up in the detail section only with
the only common field on each page being the unique employee number. I put
in a control button to print the report but it only gives me the first page
of each individual. Each individual has 3 pages of data. The report is
based on the form, not a query, and the data only comes from one master
table. If I base the report on the table, and not the form, will that be
easier? Page breaks don't work as Access only allows a total length of 22".
If I put tabs on the report, how can I get it to print all three pages on
each individual. There has got to be some way to do this. I'm setting this
up for multiple users and I am trying to make it as easy as I can for them.
Any help will really be appreciated as I'm running out of time.

Just create a report. You can create multiple detail sections by setting the
lowest level or sorting and grouping to a unique value like a primary key. If
you display the header and footer for this grouping, you actually are
creating two extra detail sections.

Your report will have a record source similar to your form. You can actually
save your form as a report to get started.
