Printing My Business Card

OK..I will show my ignorance here. I have just recently started using this
program so need a little help here please!
I just created a business card using publisher out of MS Office 2003. I
saved it as a PUB file. When I try and print it it is just a code. I tried to
save again as a jog and the same thing happens.
I want to print these using AVERY template number 8876 which is 10 cards
per page. Can someone help me understand what I need to do to get these to

Did you start with a template? Click on Help, choose Microsoft Office
Publisher Help, and search for "business cards". Five of the first seven
results will provide you with templates to use. If you don't care for the
layout (most don't) click each component and delete it. Copy and paste the
one that you have created into this template and save as (using the name of
your choice).

File, page setup, business card, click change copies per sheet, input .75 side, .5
top, zero for gaps. You will have one card on the screen. Create your design or
copy/paste from your original publication. . I don't know why you are getting code.
