Printing Network Diagrams

I like the flowchart look I see using the network diagram view. I like the
look of the descriptive network diagram view even better, as I can see the
entire task description instead of having it truncated in the normal network
view.

I want to be able to print out the tasks for each of my projects phases on
separate 11" x 17" pages in one of these network view layouts. I can zoom
to the exact view I want on my screen, but I can seem to be able to print a
specific view like you can in so many other programs. It want to print the
entire project even though I am only interested in one phase.

I know how to use the minus signs to contract the phases I am not interested
in at that time, but it still shows all of those contracted phases in the
print out. I would prefer to only have one phase at a time to deal with and
print out.

Any hints?

Thanks

Hi ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I think the trick here is in the print dialog. First, select File/Print
Preview to see what you're getting. Note at the bottom the pages that will
print out. Remember either the single page you want, or the series. Then
Print, and in the dialog select Current page or enter the range of pages you
want.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
