Printing New Emails MEMO Style in Outlook 2003

Debbie

Whenever I print from Outlook 2003 I am always given the print box that lets
me choose Memo or Table Style. I like to print new emails before mailing
them for my records. When I do this I am not given the option of having them
print memo style. The regular printer box opens up. In the previous
version of Outlook I was able to print Memo style and even customize these
new emails. Am I missing something? Is their a setting that I can changea
to get this back the way it used to be, so that I can print my emails?

The behavior you see is due to the fact that you're using WordMail as the
editor. If you turn WordMail off, you'll get the other behavior you
describe.

Sue,
Can you explain how to do that. We have tried many options and can't get
the result we are looking for.

Thanks,

So storing them in Outlook electronically isn't a record? Outlook is a FAR
FAR better filing system than any paper-based one! What paper-based filing
system allows you to search on text within a message?
