Printing notes associated to tasks

How do I print notes from the updated activities on the WEB. When I recieve
updated activities I want to print the notes and the activities so I can
reference then while going through the schedule. Is it possible to have the
notes from the web update appear in the master schedule?

You cannot print notes associated with the project while in the Updates page
in PWA. Sorry. The best I can recommend is that you open and read each
note from team members, and then only updates those tasks for which you have
actually read the accompanying note. After processing the updates into
Microsoft Project Professional, you can print out the notes by doing the
following:

1. Click File - Page Setup
2. Click the View tab
3. Select the Print Notes option
4. Click OK
5. Click the Print button

Before doing the above steps, I personally would apply the Tracking Gantt
view to see the current schedule changes against the baseline schedule.
When you print, the current view will be printed, along with an extra page
containing all of the task notes. You will see your notes from the team on
this page.

Finally, I would like to commend you and your team for the use of notes
while reporting progress in PWA. A client I worked with last week has
embraced this very methodology of including task notes in PWA to enhance the
team's project communications and to add historical documentation to the
project. So, to you and your team: Congrats!
