Printing of Email

Hello,
I noticed when printing emails that sometimes it will include the to,
from, and cc in the email and other times it does not. This is when
printing emails we receive. I understand the bcc list of course will
not show or print but I would expect the others to. Any ideas?

The messages that do not include the header details - do they contain
complex HTML?

If so, you're out of luck until Microsoft updates Office to have better
support for complex HTML. Right now Office just hands these messages
off to the Mac OS to print (you may also notice you get a different
Print dialog box) - without the header details.
