Printing of screen showing list of folders only

I want to print off the list of folders that I use in
Outlook Express. I do not want to print whats inside each
folder just the folder name. Thanks hope someone can help.

Hummmm dunno... You could grab a screen shot of what is
on your screen (ie: your Outlook folders) by pressing
the 'print screen' button and pasting it to eiter MS
Paint, Word or something else... And then print that
image.

Using the Outlook Bar you can click on the printer icon and then select "table" format for printing and then Preview. You will then have a list of the items in the box (say the INBOX) that you have on the screen.

However, What I want to be able to do is to have the same function when I select "Oterh Shortcuts" in the Outllook Bar and display the contents of "MY DOCUMENTS". But alas, whe selecting the printer icon and then previewing what would print, only the column heading are visible, not the files that are displayed on the screen.

Any ideas as to why this happens?
