The limitations are not from Access, they are from your printer driver. Access
will not allow you to define a report that your printer cannot support. In some
cases you can define a custom paper size in Control Panel and then Access will
let you use it.

My printer driver is fine. My printer or plotter supports this size of
sheets (22x34) but when I try to preview the report I get massage saying
"Can't print or preview report the page size is larger than 22.75 inches" and
it won't even let me preview the report unless I change my page setup to
17x22 inches page.

Hmmm, does your driver support a shrink/stretch to fit option? That might
be the only way around it.
