Printing on A7 envelopes from a mail merge

I setup a mail merge to print envelopes. I purchased A7 envelopes which are not built in to Word. Any suggestions. I'm getting inconsistent print patterns.

The Envelope Options dialogue box has a "custom size" option at the bottom of the list.

Supported stationery sizes are set by your printer driver, not by Word. The lack of an A7 option (which is quite small - just 74 x 105mm) suggests that size isn't supported by your printer.
