Printing only to 99%

Problem: After rebooting, printer prints (any software)
only to 99%, then hangs in the queue and cannot be
deleted. If I mark to delete in "Printers and Faxes"
from the Control Panel, it will only delete upon
rebooting. Cannot print after first print because queue
has not been cleared.
