Printing or formatting issue?

Dear all,

Please bear with me on this one, I have posted something similar in th
past
and thought this issue had been resolved but hasn't!!

In Finance we have staff who work on individual worksheets, these ar
then
sent to one person who collates them into one workbook; this is the
sent to
our Finance MD and PA. The person who sends the workbook can print all
sheets out fine on his HP5000n (A4 and A3), however the Finance P
(HP4050)
and the MD (HPxxx) cannot, they complain that the formatting is al
"off".
I can confirm that all these users and those who originally create
the
worksheets have their default paper settings set to A4.

I am due to see the Finance PA and MD tomorrow to look into exactl
what the
problem is but wondered if someone can give me a "heads-up" of thing
to
check/try whilst I'm there.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Many thanks,

Mik

Just guessing here but..

Different printers have different printable areas. So, if the problem is that stuff that normally appears on one page, breaks onto two pages when the other person trys to print it, then I would suggest that you change the page setup to

Fit to: '1' pages wide by ' ' pages tall. (i.e. leave the pages tall blank). This setting should force either printer to fit the information on one page.
