Printing out of

I am having a problem with Word 2000 that I have had for years and have
never found the right solution. In trying to create a template for
printing a number 9 envelope, when I print, I get "The margins of
section 1 are outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to
continue?" There is only one section in the envelope. I have tried
increasing the page margins, headers and footers to 1" on all sides, but
the message persists. The template is a custom size 3-7/8 by 8-7/8, and
the printer is an HP LaserJet 5. The return address is in the header.

Go to Format | Columns and make sure that "Equal column width" is checked.
Don't ask.

Already checked, although it is grayed out since there is but one
column.

Sorry, wrong answer. I was thinking of the message that says, "Settings you
chose for the left and right margins, column spacing, or paragraph indents
are too large for the page width in some sections." It's equally bogus.
