Printing Outlook contacts to Templete - Avery Rotary File - 5385

I would like to take all of my Outlook contacts and print
them off on Avery Rotary File cards. The Templete for the
Avery 5385's is in Word 2002, but I have searched and can
not figure how to do this. It should be easy, but I must
be missing something. Thank you.
