Printing Post cards

I have used the post card template in Publisher and designed my art work on
the template page presented to me. When I go to print (and print preview)
Publisher produces 4 postcards per A4 page but the bottom two have their
final couple of centimetres cut of and I am unable to tell Publisher to
include the final centimetres (and there is room on the A4 page showing where
the final stages should be). I would be most grateful if a suggestion could
be sent to tell Publisher that this space is available and should be printed
upon.

Many thanks.

Publisher does know that the space is available on the page, provided that
your printer driver is reporting the correct paper size, and will send all
printable data to the printer driver to print.

The problem is that although the space may be there at the bottom of the
paper, the printer is not necessarily able to print on it. There is a
physical limit on how close to the edges (especially the bottom edge) your
printer can print.

If you know your printer can print that close to the edge, then you'll need
to adjust your printer driver. Make sure it's set to print borderless if
there is such an option.

Certain models of HP printer will not print borderless from Office
applications. If this is the case, you'll need to export as an image
(300dpi PNG from Publisher 2003) and print that instead.
