Printing poster to large format printer

How may I get a 4X8 foot poster printed from a pub file. I would like a
continuous print without overlay that does not need to be cut and pasted.

Dear Mary,
I use MSPub 2003. I wish to give the file to a commercial printer, or
perhaps go to Kinkos and use a plotter, I don't know of all the options. I
guess that was part of what I was asking.
