Printing presentation - help required please

Hi ya

I am trying to print a powerpoint presentation that was sent to me. The
problem is that the text within the the text box on some slides is only
available when I highlight the text for viewing but I cannot seem to print it
at all.

I am not sure if the person who sent the presentation has hidden the text as
I have not used powerpoint very often so don't know most of the features.

Assuming you're printing in black and white, go to View|black and white and
then right-click the textbox and choose B/W settings. Set the box to Black
with White Fill or another appropriate setting, depending on the slide
background and whether it prints or not. Repeat for View|Grayscale.

This changes the b/w print settings but doesn't change the actual colors of
the items in the PPT file.

You might also want to do this on the text placeholders on the slide masters
-- go to View|Master|Slide Master and then do the View|B/W ~ View|Grayscale
thing.
