Printing/Print preview of InfoPath 2003 form

None of our users are able to print preview any infopath 2003 form, or print
it on any printer.

Any suggestions?

What printer are you using? Can you try something as well. Save the document
to Web Format, using File-Export-Web. Then open that file in IE
(double-click is fine), and see if you can print/print preview from there.
