Printing problem in Visio 2003 standard

Dear reader

Please tell me if you have experienced this error in Visio 2003 standard.

You set up the right paper size and orientation to A4 landscape for
printing, also you set up the right diagram A3 landscape for drawing.

But when you printed the sheet out, you found that the drawing only occupied
half of the A4 paper. I was sure the printer JP laser jet 1000 had been set
up the right paper size and orientation.

What's your suggestion to resolve this error?

Best Regards

Eric

start by ensuring that you have the latest visio fixpacks and the latest HP
laser drivers.

Dear Al

I checked the A3 portrait and landscape in printing preview. They were all
ok. I printed them out , I found the A3 portrait was right. But A3 landscape
only occupied half of the A4 paper.

And I reinstalled the driver for HP laserjet 1000. Nothing changed. BTW, I
am using Visio 2003 standard.

Regards

Did you install SP2 for Visio

When you reinstalled the HP drivers was it from the original CD that came
with the printer or the latest version from HP?
