Printing problem in visio 2003

A few weeks ago, we updated a computer's version of visio from 2000 to 2003.
No problem, everything went fine, but now there are 2 floor designs that when
they are opened, and we try to print them or to have a print preview, the
page is completely blank. The only workaround we've found so far was to open
a working file (one that we can print) and resave it before deleting the
content and pasting the one from the other file.

But it's a total waste of time to do it this way.

Any clue on what might cause the problem?

PS: the drawing is not larger than 129 inches

Check to see if the Layers in the drawing are set to not print:
1. Open View menu, select Layer Properties
2. Check for any existing layers, and if present - check the state of the
"Print" column.
You can add a check mark (to tell Visio to print a layer) by clicking
in the column for each layer.
You can also select the Print title in the column and click to change
all layers at once.

Hope that helps!
