Printing Problem - Letter missing

Whenever I try to print from any of the Office products, the letter 'i' does
not print. I know it's not a problem with the printer, because 'i's print
just fine from Notepad. Thanks.

You might try updating the printer driver.

I realize that your printer prints the characters fine in Notepad, but there
may have been an update to the driver that resolves any issues printing from
Office...

I have had a similar problem with some printers using the PCL printer
language. It had to do with a version mismatch (driver using PCL5 and
printer supporting PCL6, or perhaps it was the other way round).
