I have made/designed a business card with MS Publisher(10.2621.2625) and set
my Epson 680 to print ten per page on custom bought card which is standard
and scored into two columns of five with waste around the margins border. I
did a trial print on normal A4 and overlaid it to make sure that the print
area corresponded exactly to the card. It did perfectly.
When I tried to use this pre-scored business card, I would load the card in
the printer tray, trying both sides - whether one sheet, two etc. - I tried
all permutations, then try to print this same job that had just printed
perfectly on normal paper- I tried all the different commands for this -
shortcuts, clicking icons etc. the Printer Status Window would open,
consistently load to precisely the same point (166k in the window that shows
what print jobs there are queuing) and would go no further no matter how
long it was left or how much I fiddled with the various print/paper
settings.
I am totally stuck and have exhausted what little knowledge I have and
cannot find any trouble-shooters or similar that deals with this.........
Any ideas will be gratefully received,
TY
Please email me if you need any further details.
