printing problem

Hi, has anyone heard of this problem. We went to print one page of a PPT
document and it took about every inch of the slide and printed it on one
piece of paper. One slide printed on many pages I canceled the print job so I
cannot give a specific number of pages. The pages we printed before printed
out no problem this occurred 3 times and then just as mysteriously as it
started acting up it stopped and printed out regular size on one sheet of
paper.

I have been given a directive to find out why and fix it so it doesn’t
happen again!

Any good explanation would be appreciated, even if it involves a kniffering
pin. I truly appreciate your time in answering this question.

THANK YOU and I will be quoting you =)
Its probably the gremlins. It did happen again today it printed 1 slide on
20 pieces of paper but once again it happened and then it was fine.
