Printing Problem

Hi All,
When I have a document in MS Word and I click on PRINT the top blue bar
starts to blink but the document does not print. To get out of it I must do
the ALT-CTRL= DEL and end task.
Don't know how to check what is going on when the blue bar is blinking.
If I print from word pad or any other programs it prints fine.
Any help is appreciated.
