printing problem

I am using office vx for mac and have the version student.
I have updated my software and now I cannot print at all. my printer is
a deskjet 5550.
May be somebody had the same problem and manage to fix it.

Hi Francoise,

It sounds as if your old printer driver is incompatible with your updated
software. Go to the printer manufacturer's website and download/install the
most current printer driver for your printer.
